We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead in shaping the future of luxury jewellery via innovative campaigns, brand activations, strategic leadership, and creative storytelling that captivate high-net-worth audiences.
Represent the brand and be the driving force behind brand visibility, market growth, and unforgettable luxury experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility, market share, and revenue growth in the luxury jewellery market.
Develop a strategic marketing calendar outlining key initiatives, promotions, and events aligned with business objectives, brand identity, product launches, and seasonal trends.
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, OOH, social media, in-store promotions, and visual merchandising) to maximize brand exposure and engagement.
Enhance the brand's luxury positioning by crafting compelling storytelling that resonates with high-net-worth clientele.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality content across all platforms, including website, social media, email marketing, events, and in-store materials.
Manage and mentor a marketing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with the overarching marketing strategy.
Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights, informing product positioning and marketing strategies.
Lead in organizing and executing high-profile events, trade shows, and promotional activities to boost brand awareness, sales, and loyalty.
Develop and execute digital marketing efforts, including online advertising, social media, and email marketing, to optimize online presence and engagement.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum ROI.
Cultivate strategic partnerships with influencers, luxury brands, media outlets, and other key stakeholders to extend brand reach and credibility.
Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 6 years of marketing experience, including a managerial role within the luxury goods sector, with deep knowledge of high-end consumer behaviour.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
Expertise in digital marketing and social media platforms.
Creative mindset and attention to detail, with an eye for luxury branding and high-end retail.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Willingness to travel as needed for events, meetings, and market research.
