This is a unique opportunity to shape the launch of Ksisters' products in Beauty & Health Store (e.g. Watsons and Guardian) while working closely with global K-beauty trends and renowned IP collaborations. Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support product launches, including pop-ups, PR activations, and influencer outreach in order to hit launch target Manage and grow relationships with influencers and content creators, focusing on user-generated content (UGC). Create marketing materials aligned with Brand identity. Lead the development and execution of social media campaigns Work with Channel's marketing teams to ensure brand visibility and promotion at all levels. Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for optimization. Minimum 2 years' experience in K-beauty marketing, preferably with brands listed in Watsons or Guardian. Strong understanding of the Malaysian retail and beauty market. Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns, including event activations and influencer management.
