Design and implement customer loyalty programs , enhancing repeat purchases and building brand affinity.
Track customer feedbackthrough surveys and reviews, using insights to adjust strategies and improve brand perception.
Manage marketing budgets , monitor ROI, and optimize campaigns to maximize impact.
