With that, they are now seeking to onboard an experienced Marketing Manager to transform ideas into reality.About the Job
Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned projects, in line with overall marketing plans and goals.
Create pricing strategies that drive profit and support growth in all target markets.
Conduct market research, including market size, trends, share, and competitors.
Submission of all the applications and renewals of Developer's License, Sales and Advertising Permit, Form 7 (e) and (f), and all other relevant documents in accordance with Housing Developer's Act.
Guide and lead the marketing team.
Skills and Requirements
Degree graduate in Marketing / Mass Communication or equivalent qualification.
5 years working experience in the property development field.
Proven leadership skills and great interpersonal skills.
Willing to travel for work purposes.
