Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Marketing Plans:
Create comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales through various channels, including online platforms and school events.
Pricing Strategy:
Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to establish competitive yet profitable pricing for our product range.
Stock Order and Placement:
Collaborate with logistics to ensure optimal product order and placement in school and online store, maximizing visibility and accessibility.
Team Building:
Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
Community Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with schools, clubs, and the community to enhance brand loyalty and engagement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the toy industry or consumer goods.
Strong understanding of online and offline marketing channels.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Experience in team leadership and development.
Creative thinker with a passion for toys and children's entertainment.
