Marketing Of Training Courses

Looking for freelancers (by each state in Malaysia) to market training courses of a new training provider DIRECTLY to HR of companies.
The job:List of courses, name card (you will be provided a customized name card if selected) & marketing material will be provided for you to pitch to HR of companies in your region of coverage.
HR contact will NOT be provided.
The idea is to pitch directly via walk-in to existing factories or offices OR email if you know the contact OR pitch via your own contacts.
Payment: RM 100 for every successful 5 pitches & RM 500 for every successful project.
How this works exactly will be explained later.
Pitching can be done anytime as per your convenience.
Tips will be given on how to proceed.
