About the roleThis is a full-time Marketing Officer position based in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur. As a Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in the digital and search marketing efforts at KOPERASI KAKITANGAN KUMPULAN BIMB HOLDINGS MALAYSIA BERHAD, supporting the broader marketing and communications strategy.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
Managing the company's social media channels, including content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis
Optimising the company's website and online presence to improve search engine visibility and user experience
Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and improve marketing initiatives
Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to support the delivery of integrated campaigns
Tracking and reporting on the performance of digital marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
What we're looking for
Relevant Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing or marketing officer role, preferably within the marketing and communications industry
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine optimisation, and content marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content
Proficient in using marketing analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance
Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and prioritise multiple tasks effectively
