Marketing Officer

**Responsibilities**:- Answer to customer inquiries.- Maintain relationships with customers.- Prepare costings and quotations for customers.- Prepare all documents related, for example: delivery orders, invoices, and proforma invoices.- Liaise with production on the status of the order and customer's stock in the warehouse.- Liaise with purchasing in purchasing the materials.- Liaise with R&D in terms of new product design and costings.- Assist marketing staff and manager as necessary at any phase of sales plus marketing efforts.**Requirements**:- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or related qualification.- Previous experience in marketing, customer service, sales, or similar roles.- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.- Outstanding communication and people skills.- A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
