Marketing Officer

Responsibilities: Answer to customer inquiries. Maintain relationships with customers. Prepare costings and quotations for customers. Prepare all documents related, for example: delivery orders, invoices, and proforma invoices. Liaise with production on the status of the order and customer's stock in the warehouse. Liaise with purchasing in purchasing the materials. Liaise with R&D in terms of new product design and costings. Assist marketing staff and manager as necessary at any phase of sales plus marketing efforts. Requirements: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or related qualification. Previous experience in marketing, customer service, sales, or similar roles. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Outstanding communication and people skills. A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
