JOB DESCRIPTIONAchieve student recruitment targets set by the Head.
Plan, participate, and execute marketing strategies to generate leads.
Provide course counselling to prospective students/parents and convert them into enrolment.
Promote programmes in various student enrollment activities such as events in schools, education fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, etc.
Answer calls or course enquiries by students/parents and provide detailed information such as course outline, fees structure, and career pathway.
Enter and update lead information in the database accurately.
Prepare marketing reports and present KPI achievements.
Maintain good customer relationships.
REQUIREMENTWe are looking for someone with the following (if you have most but not all of these, we still encourage you to apply):
Diploma/Degree holder in Marketing/Business Management or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year sales and marketing experience.
Working experience in the education industry is an added advantage.
Self-starter and able to work independently.
Goal-oriented, driven, and motivated to reach sales targets.
Integrity and honesty during marketing initiatives.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Skills RequiredProficient in English, speaking and writing.
Persistent in following up and through to completion.
