Possible side effects may include spending more on shopping (but don't worry — you earn Cashback). ==========The role will support the marketing team on day-to-day campaigns execution and manage the app and web platforms via various internal platforms. This means the candidate will be exposed strongly to both multiple stakeholders to deliver the best shopping experience to users worldwide. An Ideal Candidate is Someone who Displays: Strong passion in executing workflow processes and able to cascade feedback to the internal team for process improvements Good communication skills with positive growth mindset Strong time and task management skills with the ability to adapt swiftly to changes whenever required Strong ability in managing stakeholders Self-driven in being proactive and takes initiative to highlight possible gaps and solutions for process improvement  Your Adventure Ahead Manage the execution of day-to-day marketing activities on the web, app and CRM platforms Collaborate with business stakeholders (including local marketing, sales, data and regional stakeholders) to ensure campaign objectives and commitments are achieved Work with Customer Service team closely to problem solve merchant-related issues, and proactively implement solutions to prevent future recurrences Leverage customer data and insights to identify winning strategies in segmentation, personalisation, and conversion Drive projects to improve workflow processes and efficiency to help the business scale its operations Essentials to Succeed Able to work in different timezones Bachelor Degree or fresh graduate (experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus) Strong skills and proper use of Google Suite (ie Docs, Slides, Sheets) or equivalent (Excel/Powerpoint/Doc) Highly motivated problem solver and able to identify issues and provide solutions in a fast-paced startup environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Exclusively for ShopBackers * Hybrid working and work-from-anywhere benefit* Competitive compensation * Transparent career progression paths and learning opportunities* Candid, open and collaborative culture* Talented and driven teammates across the world
