Marketing Operations Executive

Position Summary:- Handling day to day Marketing Operations administrative functions such as CV Stock Management e.g stock control & allocation. Supporting functions for all branches such as sales documents and promotional materials requirements. Provide insurance E-Cover Notes, monthly Marketing reports and other general administrative functions.**Responsibilities**:- Check Bookings & Special Discount forms submitted by Branches.- Monitor Branches' request for stock - ensure Permits & Loan are in order.- Allocation of Stock upon approval by Head of Dept.- Vehicle Stock control and management of ageing stock.- Handling In-House Insurance business and issuance of E-cover notes to Branches.- Monitoring stock of Product catalogues, advertisement & promotional gifts and materials for Road shows and Sales Promotion events.- Any other duties as assigned by your immediate superior as and when required.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduatePay: From RM3,500.00 per monthExpected Start Date: 04/01/2024
