-Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms. 
-Manage end-to-end campaign creation, from defining objectives to budget allocation, ad creatives, targeting, and performance tracking.
 -Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to optimize paid search campaigns and improve search engine ranking. 
-Oversee the creation and testing of compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing pages to enhance campaign effectiveness. 
-Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve campaign goals.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and new features on Google and Meta to leverage the latest opportunities. 
-Collaborate with the content team to align paid media efforts with organic content and SEO strategies. 
-Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the digital landscape. 
-Utilize SEO techniques to improve organic search visibility and drive more qualified traffic to clients' or our website. 
-Track website performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics. -Present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key insights, achievements, and areas for improvement. 
-Create marketing/campaign performance report.
-Strong communication skills to liaise with client.

; Requirements:-  -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
 -A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns. 
-Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, including campaign setup, ad creation, targeting, and performance optimization.
 -In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and a demonstrated ability to improve search engine rankings. 
-Familiarity with website management platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus. 
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. -Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
 -Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
-A proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
