We are looking for a versatile and results-driven Marketing Professional to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a marketing generalist with 2-4 years of experience, who is eager to work across both traditional and digital marketing channels. The successful candidate will play a key role in crafting and executing marketing strategies that align with business goals, engage target audiences, and drive growth. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development & Execution:
Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns that span traditional and digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, events, and advertising.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content for various channels, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, brochures, and press releases.
Digital Marketing:
Manage and optimize social media profiles (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to grow engagement and reach.
Plan and execute paid digital campaigns (PPC, display ads) and continuously monitor performance metrics to drive ROI.
Conduct basic SEO and keyword research to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
Brand Management:
Support brand positioning and consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints. Work to ensure that all marketing efforts align with the brand's voice and visual identity.
Event Planning:
Assist in planning and executing events, trade shows, and product launches to enhance brand visibility and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing practices to ensure strategies remain competitive and effective.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Track and measure campaign performance through key metrics. Prepare insightful reports on marketing initiatives and recommend improvements based on data.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Experience: 2-4 years in a marketing role, ideally within a consumer-facing industry.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with digital marketing tools such asGoogle Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and basic SEO tools.
Experience withCRM software, email marketing platforms(e.g., Mailchimp), and social media management tools.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Creative and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
