Marketing Project Manager (Workfront)

Responsible for scoping, scheduling and overseeing the execution of marketing communications projects from development to delivery. Responsible for programming Workfront architecture, including forms, reports, dashboards and workflow templates. Consistently applies effective communication, time management and organizational skills to ensure all phases of every project are completed on-time and on-budget, while keeping internal stakeholders apprised of project progress.
Key responsibilities Technology owner for Workfront programming and continuous improvement of workflow and processes as supported by Workfront. Manage the strategic development, coordination, and development of creative and marketing communication collateral. Organize and facilitate marketing project kickoffs with various stakeholders. Manage projects and timelines through Workfront, keeping requestors informed. Maintain a working knowledge of tools and best practices for marketing operations, project management and creative design/content development across all forms of media. Consistently uphold brand and style guidelines. Evaluate Workfront stakeholder experience and deliver continuous improvement for requestors Qualifications and skills 5 years+ experience in marketing or project management. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a similar field. Proficiency in verbal and written English with strong communication skills and attention to editing detail. Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously. Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Fluency in both digital and traditional marketing media/channels. Ability to present business recommendations and provide rationale. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat). Self-motivation and ability to pivot as a team player.
