This is the job description of Marketing Project Specialist/ Manager:
-Understand clients' business model and priorities, identify marketing opportunities and propose solutions that will lead to measurable performance in leads, pipelines or sales.
-Formulate detailed marketing plans, set goals and initiate execution plans: develop project tasks list and timelines, brief internal team and monitor progress, quality and performance to ensure success of marketing campaigns.
-Willing to read and research on products, businesses, competitors and industries and market in order to produce accurate, practical and strategic marketing solutions.
-Collaborate with an internal team (designer, copywriter, web developer, digital marketer and SEO), client product sales team, client sales management, brand owner regional marketing team, external agencies and other stakeholders to jointly deliver the result for the campaigns assigned.
-Manage, compile, monitor, report and analyze data for all marketing campaigns performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations to improve.
-Ensure accurate information and consistent branding on all sales and marketing collaterals: website, social media, company profile, etc.
-Respond professionally within 1-2 days on any incoming emails, forms, Whatsapp or e-commerce direct messages during active campaign period, if necessary. To call prospects to qualify and validate leads before routing to the client sales team.

-Managing people and workload, coach and lead project managers to excel in their work.
-Drive process improvement and productivity. Explore and implement the latest marketing tools, techniques, platforms to improve team performance.
-You will be the key person to lead and influence campaign success/failure and to deliver clients expectations on behalf of RA Marketing.

; Requirements:-
-Candidate must be aggressive and highly goal-oriented as KPI/performance will be measured mainly on # of leads generated and other equivalent metrics that can be used to justify marketing spending.
-Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Media, Mass Communication, Multimedia (or) hands-on working experience in marketing department.
-Ability to LEAD a project from goal to result: you need to be goal-oriented, determined to work through challenges, able to lead aggressively to drive measurable performance
-Ability to LEARN complex business, industry dynamics and marketing processes: you need to be able to grasp idea quickly, willing to study, proactive in finding answers from different channels
-Ability to ANALYZE which solution is better: you need to be curious to find out what competitors are doing, digest data from past campaigns and learn the lesson, initiate new and practical ideas
-Good command of spoken and written in English. Additional command of language like Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia will be advantageous.
-Understanding on marketing, sales process is important. Knowledge on digital marketing, conversion funnel, KPI, performance metrics/analytics is a definite advantage.
-Self-starter, open-minded, detailed, goal-oriented, analytical, leadership, commitment are necessary skills to excel in this position.
