Job Description:Regular monitoring of ads expenditure and commercial metrics for cross border sellersConduct In-depth analysis of ads performance for key categories and formulate actionable recommendations based on insightsAd hoc initiatives to improve efficiency of current ads-related processesLive stream host sourcing and performance monitoringRegular monitoring of sellers' assortments for price competitivenessIdentification of category trends to ensure a competitive assortmentRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing with 1-3 years of working experience. Experience in e-Commerce/online marketing would be an advantageAbility to interpret data and generate key analysis that guide key decisions and attain business objectivesAbility to work independently and in teams to drive growthProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointProficiency in SQL is an advantageBilingual in English and Mandarin (optional) to facilitate cross border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from across the regionResult-oriented, team player and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
