Job Overview
To support the successful launch and promotion of upcoming property projects in Penang, while maximizing sales and market reach regionally and internationally.
Responsibilities
Assist to develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive property sales and meet revenue targets
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor's activities
Assist to plan and manage marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property agents, brokers, and potential buyers
Assist to coordinate and oversee property launches, including event planning, sales presentations, and customer engagement activities
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing sales strategies accordingly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing sales and marketing efforts
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in marketing, business administration, or a related field
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate or property industry
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Analytical problem-solving abilities to analyze market trends, customer data, and sales performance
Knowledge in using CRM software and other marketing tools will be an added advantage
Leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
