Marketing Senior / Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES Conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive marketing campaigns and strategies.
Preparing budget for festive or seasonal campaigns, including cost estimation.
Collaborate with managers to prepare budgets and monitor expenses.
Executing all sales, marketing and promotional strategies to achieve sales target.
Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters.
Assist in planning, executing, and measuring effectiveness of offline and online marketing.
Tracking sales trends for seasonal, festive products or other related campaigns.
Liaising with bread and cake factories regarding upcoming promotions.
Work on improving, promoting, analysing and optimising the member loyalty programme.
Handling corporate sales in accordance with targets set by superiors.
Assist in preparing internal and external communications.
Handle external enquiries from social media.
Liaising with external agencies.
Plan and implement sales launch for new projects.
Prepare relevant documents for authority submissions.
Be able to assist in any other tasks as assigned by the Company on ad hoc basis.
Handling CSR arrangement and activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Candidate must possess a minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or a related field.
Having 3-5 years of experience as a marketing executive.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Understanding analytics and reporting tools to analyze and measure social media campaigns is preferred.
Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as within a team.
