Marketing Specialist

Join as a Marketing Specialist to manage and execute marketing strategies and work hand in hand with a cross-functional team to best support and expand the business brand. Your role will encompass a wide range of brand campaigns, media buy, content, and social media management. But not limited to:
Managing annual marketing strategies for key partners, focusing on target audience while aligning with the global brand guideline.
Understanding partners' business models and providing marketing support and brand activation accordingly.
Managing marketing budgets and working with cross-functional teams to ensure the best delivery of marketing vision.
Interpreting the target consumer and their consumer journey to create cohesive local marketing campaigns.
Presenting seasonal marketing calendars and supporting activation budgets.
Supporting the local commercial team by analyzing and evaluating results to formulate more effective marketing plans.
The Successful ApplicantThe successful applicant should come with a background in Marketing and be passionate about Sports Apparel or Retail fashion. Other requirements include:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in Marketing within the retail industry
Expertise in brand activation, marketing analysis, and understanding the consumer journey
A collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning
Passion for sports and lifestyle wear would be a plus point.
