Position Overview:
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that promote our outsourcing solutions, focusing on both business clients in high-cost labor markets and potential talent in Malaysia. You will be an integral part of our marketing team, developing campaigns, creating content, and analyzing market trends to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns that promote our outsourcing and services to companies in high-cost labor markets.
Content Development:
Create compelling content that communicates the benefits of outsourcing to Malaysia, including blog articles, case studies, white papers, infographics, email newsletters, and website copy. Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and targets both HR decision-makers and business leaders.
Lead Generation & Nurturing:
Create and manage lead generation strategies, focusing on inbound marketing efforts such as SEO, content marketing, and social media. Work closely with the sales team to support lead nurturing and conversion into sales opportunities.
Market Research & Insights:
Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, competitor activities, and potential pain points of businesses considering outsourcing. Use this information to optimize campaigns and enhance our messaging.
Brand Awareness & Positioning:
Strengthen the company's brand identity by positioning the company as a trusted partner for outsourcing services, with a focus on the quality, cost-efficiency, and scalability of hiring talent in Malaysia. Build campaigns that communicate the benefits of outsourcing talent management to Malaysia.
Client & Talent Engagement:
Develop and execute strategies to engage with both prospective clients looking to outsource their services and candidates in Malaysia who may be interested in the roles we help outsource. This includes designing relevant email campaigns, webinars, and recruitment-focused content.
Analytics & Reporting:
Measure and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, tracking KPIs such as lead generation, engagement, website traffic, and conversion rates. Use data insights to refine and improve future campaigns.
Job RequirementsQualifications:Education:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience:Minimum of 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably within outsourcing, HR, or B2B sectors. Experience in recruitment marketing is a plus.
Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques.
Proven ability to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns.
Strong content creation skills, with a focus on writing for business audiences and showcasing complex services in a simple, engaging way.
Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to inform decisions and improve campaigns.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools is a plus.
Preferred:
Experience in marketing outsourcing or recruitment services.
Knowledge of the outsourcing industry, especially related to offshore staffing or business process outsourcing (BPO).
