-Responsible for the overall planning, coordination, executing of marketing plan to ensure timely and high-quality marketing exposure.
-Work closely with teams and partners to clarify project goals and requirements, and develop detailed marketing plans.
-Manage project schedules, monitor marketing plan execution, identify and resolve potential issues and risks.
-Organize and host marketing plan meetings, prepare and submit marketing progress reports.
-Write and maintain marketing plan to ensure accuracy and completeness of all related materials.
-Operate and manage Crypto-related communities and social media platforms, formulate and execute community and social media marketing strategies.
-Track the effectiveness of community and social media activities, analyze data, and optimize operational plans.
-Assist in the marketing and promotion of projects to enhance the project's influence and visibility.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in project management, marketing, computer science, finance, or related fields.
-At least 2 years of experience in the blockchain industry, with preference given to those with experience in digital asset exchanges or web3 platforms.
-Familiarity with blockchain, digital currency, and other blockchain-related knowledge, and the ability to work independently.
-Good English and Mandarin listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, capable of daily business communication and document writing.
-Experience in community and social media operations management, with the ability to develop and execute related strategies.
-Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills, able to effectively manage teams and resources.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience, able to work under high pressure.
