Key Responsibilities Develop promotion strategies and action plans to achieve sales growth. Create and execute full of above-the-line and below-the-line promotion plans. Set targets and measure performance during/after promotion period to boost results. Monitor market, competitors, media trends, customer needs, to increase brand competency Plan and control marketing funds efficiently to maximize return on investment Requirements Strong self-motivated mind set and ability to work under high pressure. Strong understanding on retail and F&B business, market and consumer Possess technical marketing skills and industry knowledge, including understanding of media landscape. Degree holder: Marketing, Business or equivalent or Marketing experience: Minimum 3 years in total with retail and F&B experience. Project managing experience with performance.
