Marketing Strategist

-Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic branding initiatives that align with the company's overall objectives and target market. Define brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies to create a strong brand identity.


-Marketing Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign success.


-Creative Content Development: Lead the development of creative marketing content, including copywriting, design, and multimedia assets. Ensure all content is aligned with the brand's tone, style, and values.


-Brand Communication: Manage all aspects of brand communication, including public relations, media relations, and internal communications. Develop press releases, media kits, and other materials to enhance brand visibility and reputation.


-Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions. Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to reach target audiences effectively.


-Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies. Use insights to inform branding and marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.


-Brand Guidelines and Compliance: Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications. Monitor compliance and provide guidance to internal teams and external partners.


-Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and ROI is maximized. Track expenses, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.


-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of branding and marketing strategies with overall business goals.

-Qualification: At least Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field


-Language: Fluent in English (Both Spoken and Written), Knowledge of Mandarin is highly desirable


-Proven experience in branding, marketing, or related roles, preferably in a managerial capacity.


-Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior.


-Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
