Act as a key liaison between clients and insurer, ensuring exceptional communication and delivering exceptional service.
Provide invaluable marketing support to managers and the marketing team, actively contributing to the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
Offer administrative support to operations team, particularly during peak seasons, to ensure smooth workflow.
Independently manage and process operations to meet client needs effectively.
Execute ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements• Minimum SPM qualification or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.
• Strong multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling office tasks, managing phone calls, and addressing inquiries.
• Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the growth of the company.
