Marketing Support Officer (Kuantan)

Job Responsibilities
To assist Marketing to submit case, follow up when Credit requests further documents or unable to contact hirer and appeal for rejected cases.
To assist Marketing to follow up pending documents for disbursement, or unable to contact hirer to confirm agreement mailing address.
To interact with dealers to maintain good relationships and smooth progress in daily workflow.
To assist Marketing in any relevant communications with dealers for speedier results.
To prepare dealers reports on a monthly basis for Marketing to further discussion on improvement.
