Description:
Responding to customer support inquiries as quickly and accurately as possible via phone, chat, and email.
Manage, process, and track customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely arrival of online orders (customer account management).
Actively involved in pre-sales & post-sales support which includes answering questions (including product selection, usage, and troubleshooting), processing returns, order changes, delivery estimates, and other functions related to online orders.
Proactively manage and maintain high customer satisfaction & logistics metric scores for our online store and Marketplace Channels.
Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
Inspecting and uploading customers' product reviews.
Monitoring website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates.
Data entry/analysis and reporting to support the Management team.
Assist with administrative duties and other supportive roles as required.
Requirements:
Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in any field
Good academic background
Strong analytical skills
Confidence and hunger to win
Good interpersonal skills and a good team player
The candidate will go through a 12-month traineeship (inclusive of 6 months probation)
