Marketplace Account Manager

Responsibilities: In charge of assigned apparel growth portfolio and provide country-specific strategic business plans with identification of new sources of growth Build and maintain relationships with brands via email and phone by being the go-to person when it comes to supporting their needs at ZALORA Identify market gaps, manage product assortment, analyze sellers' sales performance to drive the growth of the category and brands' sales performance Work closely with internal teams eg: Marketing and merchandising to incorporate brands promotions into ZALORA's marketing calendar and ensure smooth execution Work with the brands / internal teams to continuously improve operational aspects of their business which directly impact the customer experience Handle various sets of daily, weekly and monthly business reports to improve visibility of brands' performance to senior management Requirements: At least 2 years of working experience Ability to read, speak and write in English fluently.
