Responsibilities:
In charge of assigned apparel growth portfolio and provide country-specific strategic business plans with identification of new sources of growth
Build and maintain relationships with brands via email and phone by being the go-to person when it comes to supporting their needs at ZALORA
Identify market gaps, manage product assortment, analyze sellers' sales performance to drive the growth of the category and brands' sales performance
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing and Merchandising) to incorporate brands' promotions into ZALORA's marketing calendar and ensure smooth execution
Work with the brands and internal teams to continuously improve operational aspects of their business which directly impact the customer experience
Handle various sets of daily, weekly, and monthly business reports to improve visibility of brands' performance to senior management
Requirements:
At least 2 years of working experience
Ability to read, speak, and write in English fluently
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
Experience studying and/or working abroad preferred
Exposure in the e-commerce industry is preferred
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional time management skills
Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
Strong analytical and business acumen and the ability to translate analysis/insights into actionable business plans
Advanced working knowledge of Excel
