Job Description: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targetsMonitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement for the categoryConduct frequent brand review meetings either on a monthly, quarterly or seasonal basisCompletes and supports all facets of contract negotiations with new potential brands/ suppliersContinuously analyse the internal and external environment to ensure that the Category under management remains highly competitive in relation to the marketRetain and optimise key account relationships to drive the overall performance of the CategoryIdentify, establish and grow other local strategic partnershipsHire, train and/or manage a team of Key Account Managers to help grow and manage your portfolio of merchants Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field, with at least 4/5 years of working experience in relevant fieldPrior working experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, and e-commerce is a plusExperienced in management and leadership roles.
