The goal to mark our success is: powering up to 100 countries, powering every Fortune 500 company, and progressing humanity towards a better future.**About The Role**:**Responsibilities**:- Be the technical partner and developer for your cross functional team- Improve our analytics pipeline and efficiency capacity to enable more data-driven decision making for growth- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, data, product and engineering to drive implementation and adoption of the stack- Monitor and maintain status and performance of the stack- Translate business questions from stakeholders into detailed tracking implementation specifications across new and existing platforms and devices- Create appropriate measurement plans for Segment (and its downstream destinations) to satisfy analytics use cases- Develop documentation of use cases, tracking specs and QA results and best practices- Assist in establishing governance, best practice operational and ad-hoc processes for data capture changes- Participate with product and engineering in martech bug triage efforts- Perform QA and sign-off on new or updated analytics implementations**Our Stack**:Segment, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, BigQuery, Appsflyer, Attribution App, Braze**Required **Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field- 3+ years of relevant working experience in a similar role- Understanding of how analytics data are instrumented and used in reporting- Experience in third-party tools and their implementation- Experience in CDP, analytics, web tracking and mobile attribution tools- Proficiency with Segment, Amplitude (and tools that connect to them, e.g. Google, Facebook, Google Analytics)- You are agile and have a growth mindset- You are resilient and thrive in a fast-paced environment- Strong people and project management skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English- Brownie points for Python, Java, Elixir and Nuxt.js but not compulsory- Strategically-minded yet strong detail-orientation with a penchant for data accuracy- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organisation with varying technical backgrounds- Exemplary relationship builder who is consultative in nature and form partnerships with coworkers
