Master Scheduler

Job Description To develop and maintain a comprehensive master production schedule (MPS) that aligns with customer demand, production capacity, and inventory levels.To monitor and adjust the MPS in real-time to accommodate changes in customer demand, supply chain disruptions, and production issues.To analyse production capacity and resource constraints to identify potential bottlenecks and develop strategies to mitigate them.To monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods to ensure optimal stock levels.To coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely procurement of materials.To assign tasks to production teams and monitor progress to ensure adherence to schedules.To collaborate with production supervisors and engineers to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.To Generate regular reports on production performance and provide insights to management.Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in master scheduling or production planning, preferably in a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling principles, including MRPProficiency in using ERP systems and scheduling software.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.If you are a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for optimizing production processes, we encourage you to apply.
