Job Description: The Masterdata Support will manage project change requests, coordinate with stakeholders, and oversee data migration to support the successful rollout of SAP Material Master Data and Bill of Materials. This role ensures changes align with business needs, coordinating migration, testing, and support activities alongside IT service providers and business users.
Key Responsibilities:Manage change requests to align with business needs and industry standards.Communicate with IT providers, business users, and stakeholders on data activities.Conduct user acceptance testing and monitor deliverables for project readiness.Track and complete JIRA tasks within Master Data, escalating issues as needed.Serve as a key point of contact across business and IT teams.Ensure smooth project progression through cross-functional collaboration.Prepare and share regular project status reports.Perform data migration through manual entry or scripting.Conduct data validation pre- and post-migration for data integrity.Coordinate with team members on tasks, defect resolution, and change requests.Develop test cases and manage testing to meet company standards.Support system analysis, data analysis, and project preparation efforts.Oversee project rollout, monitoring, and follow-up activities.Manage testing cycles and defects as a primary contact within the team.Track incidents and collaborate with domain experts to meet KPI goals.Provide ongoing reports and updates during the hypercare phase.Qualifications:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Management, or a related field.Experience in project coordination, preferably in SAP data management.Proficiency in JIRA, SAP, and communication with cross-functional teams.Strong organizational skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.Additional Skills:Familiarity with change request and IT service management processes.Background in data migration and validation is a plus.Analytical skills in FIT-Gap analysis and data reporting.
