Material Executive

Main Responsibilities To check material availability for customer's order.
To plan and order the materials from the approved vendor's list.
To ensure the raw materials are timely delivered.
To furnish forecast to the suppliers & developing suppliers.
To coordinate with related departments and suppliers on the material reject issues.
To control the stock inventory at certain level.
To always maintain the highest standards of professionalism when conducting procurement 
transactions or when interacting with vendors or internal staff at all levels at all times.
To communicate with the suppliers pertaining to capacity requirement.
To keep track of supplier's performance.
 
Requirements Minimum SPM qualifications
Preferably with 2 years in purchasing line as a commercial buyer, with international suppliers.
Computer literate.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess good knowledge in Operational processes, procedures, inventory and analytical skills.
Possess good negotiation skilll
Must be assertive and able to cope with rapid changing need of materials.
Mature in behavior and able to work independently.
