ResponsibilitiesLeadership : Lead warehouse and yard operations, ensuring performance targets are met through continuous improvement, contractor management, and compliance with HSSE policies.
Planning & Optimization : Oversee materials storage, space usage, and resource management.
Ensure efficient inbound and outbound flows of materials, minimizing operational costs.
Safety & Compliance : Implement safety practices aligned with Goal Zero aspiration and manage risk through robust safety processes and regular audits.
Delivery & Execution : Oversee material handling, storage, and preservation for operational needs such as turnarounds and shutdowns.
Ensure accurate stock counts and inventory management.
Contract & Stakeholder Management : Manage warehouse services contracts and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve operational performance.
Qualifications & SkillsDegree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management preferred.
Expertise in warehouse HSSE standards, material handling, and safety practices.
Strong IT skills, with proficiency in SAP and data management.
Experience in contract management and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse logistics within the oil & gas sector.
Working ExperienceA minimum of 5 years' experience in material management, warehouse logistics, and coordination activities within the offshore oil & gas industry.
Additional RequirementsThis role is operational in nature and does not offer flexible work arrangements.
It involves significant physical movement and requires frequent travel.
