Materials Planning Executive

Responsible for planning and scheduling Finish Good build by optimizing line loading.Responsible for production planning, improving on manufacturing JIT, 1st commit and delivery performance.Handling daily production planning issues, execution and coordination of production related job tasks.Coordinate in material planning (MRP) and capacity planning.Provide reliable delivery commitment to plan and confirm pre-series or standard production loading and work out with production/enggineering group and make necessary commitment to plan and confirm pre-series or standard production loading and work out with production/engineering group and make necessary commitment to Customer.Collaborate with management to plan forecasting models.Perform analysis and prepare reports to identify current or potential problems, capacity, manpower and material supply issues.Ability to work under pressure and manage to meet tight deadlines.Record and assess all materials quality, movement and expenditure.Daily tracking of the material shortages and provide contingency production plan.
