Maxis Project Coordinator (Sunway)

RESPONSIBILITY

a) Responsible to coordinate with installer and ensure all installation is done and closed on the same day.
b) To update all required information required by customer done, return, arrival time, changes on site, devices used, manage onsite issue etc.
c) To circulate any issue to SP & technical issue to Technical support.
d) To support SP for any task given including reporting, communication with installer to get additional information required by customer such permit, compliance etc.
e) To assist SP for order distribution if required.

SKILL

a. Familiar with Maxis work/ system.
b. Knowledge and experience in FTTH & installation and configuration.
c. Have experience with IT related to router configuration.
d. Computer literacy – Microsoft Office.
