Job Title: MDM, Plan Excellence Manager MYSGLocation: MalaysiaBusiness Context and Main Purpose of the JobLead & deploy global capability programs in SC area for digitalization (e.g., RTVA, Power BI, process simplification, etc.
);Provide insights on efficiency, deep-dive analysis of specific categories to propose improvement areas by benchmarking externally;Monitor & continuously implement improvement in Master Data Management (MDM) operations with MDM Hub;Lead in projects (e.g., MDM improvement, Finance transition project (e-invoice), new warehouse setup, etc.
).Main AccountabilitiesIdentify & run Excellence projects (focus on inventory, business, and FAFB improvement) that are identified as high-impact, such as but not limited to standardization;Facilitate the exchange of best practices regionally;Work closely with MDM team on daily operations issues, master data hygiene, and performance tracker;Help by facilitating key user testing in the system;Day-to-day operation (e.g., Preparing memo for write-off, monthly provision submission to finance, facilitate governance call, etc.
);Run & submit monthly cash up to finance by working with Demand Planners (DPs) on validation before submission;Follow up with planning team on monthly KPIs forecast submission (e.g., Inventory, Business Waste, and Co-packing cost);Lead and continuously find opportunities in transformation & digitalization in SC reporting either learning from other countries or adopting global report;Identify & execute suitable local training programmes to enhance the skills, competencies, and capabilities of IP MYSG.Key InterfacesGlobal/Regional Process Excellence team;SC Director;Integrated Planning Team;Customer Excellence Team;Warehouse & Logistic Team;Finance.Key SkillsSAP, Kinaxis, Excel, Aera, SQL.Relevant ExperienceExcel in digital;Has project management experience;MDM knowledge.En tant qu'employeur responsable et inclusif, Unilever est attentif à la diversité et à la mixité de ses équipes.
