Job Description The ME Technician position play important role in manufacturing X-Ray equipment on product assembly, testing, packing.
His is responsible to implement all the requirements and instruction from design team in UK & Germany.
Responsibilities: Update JES with changes according to ECN.
Conduct training to production on new JES released.
Perform weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly maintenance on equipment & tester.
Record and maintain equipment PM checklist.
Assist engineer to raise PR for tools/calibration/repairs, follow up with vendor for the delivery of services & parts.
POC for calibration / repair work by vendor onsite, report to engineer for the progress of completion.
Assist engineer for the process evaluation work and provide the result to engineer.
1st level troubleshooting support to all machine & tester using in production.
Resolve the Kamishibai finding related with ME by guidance from ME Engineer.
Qualifications Education: Diploma in engineering, electrical or mechanical.
Experience: Prefer 1-2 years experience in Manufacturing engineering.
Able to read and understand mechanical/electrical drawing.
Able to understand English and speak Able to perform PM based on procedure & technical manual Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Microsoft Office knowledge will be added advantage.
