Meat Associate

The Meat Associate is responsible for helping the butcher in cutting and preparing premium meat, as well as ensuring cleanliness and safety in the meat section.
They also manage inventory and product displays.
Main Responsibilities
Customer Service:Assisting customers in choosing meat products, providing cooking suggestions, and processing orders.
Meat Preparation:Helping the butcher cut and prepare premium meat according to customer requests.
Stock Management:Organizing and ensuring that meat stocks are always fresh and sufficient.
Cleaning & Sanitation:Maintaining cleanliness in the work area and equipment.
Safety & Compliance:Adhering to food safety regulations and ensuring proper storage of products.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience:Experience in a retail or meat environment is preferred.
Skills:Good customer service, ability to assist in cutting premium meat, and high standards of cleanliness.
Physical Requirements:Ability to lift heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
Working in the morning, on weekends, and public holidays.
