Mechanic (Tractor Pool)

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing overall daily Tractor pool/Workshop operations, both on-site and workshop, and ensuring targeted output and plans are achieved as set by the management, in line with the Company's policies under the mentorship of the Tractor pool Supervisor and Head of the Department/Plantation.  Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicles, machinery, and other mechanical equipment.Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.Conduct inspections and ensure vehicles/machinery meet safety standards.Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.Replace or repair faulty parts and systems.Collaborate with other mechanics and team members to complete tasks efficiently.Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Tractor pool/Workshop mechanic in Oil Palm plantation or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical components of vehicles/machinery, especially tractors (diesel engines).Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
