Prototyping and Test Validation:Building new prototypes to validate and test design concepts to fulfill product requirements.
Documentation:Creating comprehensive design documentation including drawings, specifications, user manuals, BOM, and work instructions.
Compliance and Standards:Ensuring designs comply with relevant standards and participating in design reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement:Staying updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices. Implementing design improvements based on lessons learned from previous projects.
Stakeholders' Management:Communicating with clients to understand their requirements and preferences. Presenting design proposals and progress updates to clients or stakeholders.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Team:Working closely with electrical, software, sales, and operation teams to integrate and ensure project success.
Knowledge Sharing:Facilitating platforms and forums for employees to share their knowledge, experiences, and insights with their colleagues.
Accountability and Ownership:Taking accountability for every task that is assigned or initiated. Addressing and resolving arising matters by planning out both short- and long-term solutions.
