Mechanical Design Engineer

Establish and continue upgrade FSDS include design criteria on machine or module in charge.Carry out Mechanical Design, drawing and BOM base on URS. (all drawing include basic GD&T on tolerancing and datum.)Present design review to the management Carry out design modification if there are any design error feedback by Fitter during Assembly.Carry out trouble shooting and design modification if there are any design functional error found during machine Testing.Support on trouble shooting and design upgrading if there are any design improvement feedback by Service Personnel during machine commissioning. On Site commissioning and support when needed.To handle side orders when neededPrepare machine layout to sales when needed.Any ad-hoc task as assigned by superiorEnsure the implementation and operating effectiveness of the ISO9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standard requirements.Job Responsibilities: Responsible to prepare Design Documentation FSDS , Functional Spec. and Design Spec.Responsible for Mechanical Design , drawing generation and BOM list.Lead a project team of Fitter and Tester to troubleshoot and solve problem on design and functional issue until Internal FAT pass in a timely manner.Responsible design and document Standardization into Library for standard module.On Site Commissioning and support when needed.
