Mechanical Designer - Based In Malacca

Responsibilities &Requirements: •To design and study new project development •Transform idea into drawing •Liaise with customer for design input. •Designing mechanical components and systems for mechatronic androbotic applications. •Collaborating with electrical and software engineers to integratemechanical, electrical, and softwaresystems. •Creating detailed engineering drawings using CAD software(SOLIDWORKS) •Conducting analysis and simulations to ensure design feasibility,performance, and reliability. •Selecting appropriate materials and manufacturing processes forcomponents and assemblies. •Optimizing designs for cost, manufacturability andefficiency. •Participating in design reviews and providing technicalexpertise. •Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends inmechatronics and robotics. •Troubleshooting and resolving design issues during development andproduction phases. •Site visit to take dimension for new development project ifneeded. •Any other duties as assigned by superior(s) from time totime. •Can work independent & multitasking. •Drawing and design experience is preferable •Have a good knowledge on mechanical design, equipment andsystems •Good understanding about Computer Aided Design (CAD)software •Well verbal and written communication •Organized and able to meet deadline •EngineeringDiploma/Degree in Mechanical/IndustrialProduct Designor equivalent •Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint andOutlook) •Proficient in SOLIDWORKS skills •At least 2-3 years working experience in related industry ispreferable
