To prepare technical drawings of machinery & structures for design and fabrication purposes.
Create accurate schematics, layouts and models that clearly represent the system, ensuring that the drawings meet standard.
Update and modify drawings based on feedback or changes in design requirements, ensuring that all revisions are clearly documented and communicated to the relevant team members.
Ensure that drawings reflect the most up-to-date materials and components based on supplier availability and project needs.
To perform calculations for bill of materials.
To involve in cost analysis.
To coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in draughting or mechanical design.
Candidates must be familiar with Microsoft Office and possess advanced AutoCAD (2D) skills, Solidworks (3D) modeling, and Inventor (3D) modeling.
Experience in creating technical drawings.
Strong understanding of mechanical design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Capable of conversing in both Bahasa Melayu and English (both spoken and written).
Capable of working independently.
