You will play a critical role in coordinating various teams, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle. Your role encompasses:**_Project Leadership:_**:- _Lead and manage the entire construction project from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.- **_Specialization in Retail Mall Construction: _**Leverage your in-depth knowledge of retail mall construction, specifically focusing on mechanical and electrical systems, to drive informed decision-making and problem-solving.- FastTrack Construction Expertise: Successfully manage fast-track construction projects, demonstrating the ability to handle time sensitive tasks without compromising quality or safety.- **_Attention to Detail: _**Oversee architects, structural engineers, and mechanical teams, meticulously reviewing and approving plans, drawings, and specifications to guarantee precision in all construction aspects.- **_Collaboration:_**:- _Foster effective cross functional collaboration by liaising with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.- **_Risk Management:_*****Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to proactively address challenges that may arise during the construction process.- **_Quality Assurance: _**Uphold the company's commitment to delivering high-quality projects by conducting regular inspections and quality checks, ensuring compliance with industry standards.- **_Clear Communication:_** Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate transparent communication across all levels of the project team and with external partners.**_Documentation: _**Maintain accurate and UpToDate project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, schedules, change orders, and other relevant records.- **_Team Development:_*****Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and contributing to a collaborative and motivated work environment.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or related field.- **10 years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on retail mall construction.**:- Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects, with expertise in mechanical and electrical systems.- Proficiency in fast-track construction methodologies and the ability to maintain attention to detail under tight timelines.- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.- Strong leadership capabilities, with a history of motivating teams and driving project success.- Familiarity with relevant construction software and tools.- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar are advantageous.- Experience in evaluating facilities' operation and maintenance plan.- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects / properties.- Oversee everything that relates to residential or commercial construction work.
