Mechanical & Electrical Supervisor / CoordinatorLooking for M&E Talents for multiple locations including Genting, Taman Molek (Johor) and Klang Valley.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily M & E operations at site.
Monitor M & E work programs and quality control.
Liaise with M & E subcontractors and close-up all internal and external NSRs.
Prepare M & E progress reports and Site Diary.
Prepare all M & E correspondence and minutes of M & E coordination meetings.
Prepare as-built drawings for M & E works.
Carry out other job assignments as required by the immediate superior.
Ensure building materials and work done at site are properly handled, stored, and protected.
Receive, inspect, and verify building materials delivered at site.
Ensure safety measures are implemented on site.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (added advantage).
