Mechanical Engineer

JOB REQUIREMENT Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Diploma/SPM or Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia or equivalent with related working experience or coursesKnowledge of process flow.Able to read and write in English.Good communication skill.Knowledge of mechanical components/parts selection will be Advantage. Can report duty immediately or within 30 days RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY Having Solid works software skill (advance user)Having AutoCAD software skill (advance user)Identifying deficiencies in mechanical processes and developing improvements for production machinesDesign and build some mechanical improvement -job request from others departmentDesign and build 2D drawing plan using AutoCAD for factory plan/renovation plan/safety plan Maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficientLiaising with suppliersUndertaking in-house automation machine design, designing and developing prototypes, preparing BOMPresenting designs to manager and top managementWriting reports and documentation support for ISO /GMP/WISEDeveloping, initiating and managing all phases of projects include of in-house project proposal write upPreparing documentation of critical analysis and providing suggestions for correcting errorsTo assist/design idea in machine upgrading and modification program to increase productivity.
