Job DescriptionMaintain & troubleshoot any technical problem in the production line.
Improve production efficiency by planning and analyzing process performance, workflow, capacity, space requirements, and equipment layout.
Handle & follow up on product ECN/DN.
Manage product transfers from other sites to Malaysia, including detailed parts drawing, assembly drawing, and preparation of Bill of Materials.
Train and supervise production operators in performing their daily work tasks to achieve targets.
Ensure all production activities and processes comply with ISO standards and mandatory regulations.
Maintain sufficient stock of spare parts for smooth operation and continuous running to meet customer delivery.
Be responsible for capacity, productivity, and quality control of products from the production line.
Evaluate processes by designing and conducting research programs, applying knowledge of fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials, and conferring with vendor requirements.
Plan manpower efficiently to achieve labor efficiency and productivity.
Job RequirementsDegree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
Skills: Familiar with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
Work Experience: At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Familiar with using CAD software.
