Job Description:
Supervise the installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment within the plant.
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure the reliability and efficiency of plant machinery.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical failures or malfunctions to minimize downtime.
Conduct routine inspections and testing of equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Design and modify mechanical systems or components to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordinate with other departments, such as production and quality assurance, to ensure seamless plant operations.
Oversee spare parts inventory management, ensuring the availability of critical components.
Prepare and maintain documentation, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and equipment manuals.
Provide technical support and training to maintenance teams and other plant personnel.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
